Accessibility
Readable text, open evidence records and visible keyboard focus on The Spot Check.
Reading text can grow
Body text begins at 22 pixels and can increase to 26 pixels. Labels, offer qualifications, source explanations and disclosures follow that setting. Titillium Web headings and Overpass body text are served locally, with no outside font request.
The meaning stays together
All sixteen claim-reader paragraphs remain open with their labels. A claim is immediately followed by its source record and limitation. Native directory links land on the heading for the complete record, and a return link leads back to the directory.
The layout follows the reading order
The four home bands pair a review with a guide. Their side labels move above the reading on narrower screens. Navigation wraps, a skip link leads to the main content, and focus stays visible: berry on light surfaces and white in the dark footer. Decorative rules carry no essential meaning.
Practical checks
Verification includes narrow screens, enlarged text, expanded spacing, keyboard navigation, forced colors, JavaScript-disabled reading and automated accessibility checks. Actual page images and the social preview are inspected. This testing does not guarantee every assistive-technology combination.
